Tamati Ellison: 

Tamati is a father and husband, some might know him as All-Black #1099, others might recognise him as a rugby coach and community legend from Porirua!  

We kōrero with Tamati about his whanau and how he and his wife juggle their family of six children! Something Tamati is passionate about is helping others succeed we talk about supporting athletes and leaders to enable them to do their best and why giving back to the community is special to him! 

We also talk about open communication as a parent, the term sacrifices, the life cycle of feedback, and why he writes a whiteboard full of notes daily!
