Sarah is a wife and mother of two gorgeous humans! She is also a New Zealand Olympian, and sports presenter and holds many roles within the NZOC such as Olympic Schools Ambassador and Board member! 

We delve into what wellbeing and keeping well mean to Sarah! From movement moments to learning the Samoan language, the power of journalling to caring for our environment, and Sunday planning to extreme ownership!
