Prof. Grant Schofield: Free-range kids, mental wellbeing, and deviceless living

Prof. Grant Schofield:

A proud husband and father Grant is a Professor of Public Health at AUT and among many other things, Grant is also the Chief Science Officer at PreKure.

We kōrero about mental health, some staggering statistics of our Rangatahi and some handy mindset tools. We also delve into Grant’s idea of free-range kids, sleep and it’s importance, languishing and what it is, acceptance commitment therapy, the impacts devices are having on our tamariki and more!
