Joel Holmes:

We are super excited to release our latest interview with Joel Holmes!

Joel works for Microsoft New Zealand as the Partner Solution Sales Manager. He is also the head of Microsoft’s Wellbeing Pillar Piki Hauora, and does work around bringing important awareness to wellbeing in the workplace.  Joel is a husband and father to three beautiful daughters, and he enjoys spending time with his whānau whether that be board games with the kids or out mountain biking!

We kōrero to Joel about what elements of wellbeing he focuses on and how he navigates the work-life blend! We highlight the importance of emotions, connecting with others and to your environments and discuss some of the activities that Joel enjoys within his community for his wellness to thrive!
