James Ashcroft: Power of forecasting your week

James Ashcroft and his wellbeing journey

James Ashcroft:

James is a husband and father to three gorgeous daughters, and proudly hails from Paraparaumu! James is a New Zealand Actor, Producer and Director! His love of books and movies comes from his childhood, and he shares with us his journey and experience he has gained towards becoming the creative genius he is!

We talk to James about juggling being in the film industry with whānau time and how his forecast strategy helps him to prepare for the week ahead especially if it looks stressful. James also talks about the experience he has had working from home being a director and meeting the expectations of his role.

James talks to us about key elements and milestones of his wellbeing journey including how he steady’s the rollercoaster of life, his journey connecting back to his Māori whakapapa, the importance of being present for his whānau and what they do to connect together, as well as the journey he has been on with finding and settling into new communities due to moving into a new region a few years ago.

This kōrero is one that we are so excited to share with you all and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
