This is just a glimpse into Galia’s experience and she has contributed to society in many ways through her Pro Bono work, as well her work focused around organisational culture within workplaces across Aotearoa!
Galia is known for her impact on people, with a key focus of her work being culture, the holistic approach to life and finding courage in challenging situations! Galia tells us about her Upward Spiral framework and how we can apply this tool in our lives, she also shares her wellbeing journey with us, how impacted she is being away from her home country and family, her own health rituals and this includes her journey she has been on with her rare chronic illness Churg Straus Vasculitis!
