Bex Lipp: Leading mental health change for our tamariki

Bex Lipp:

Bex is a mother and author of some of New Zealand’s best children’s books, including Aroha’s Way, Let It Go and How Do I Feel? All of which help our tamariki navigate their feelings and emotions!

We kōrero to Bex about her journey personally with mental and physical health, it’s very heart-wrenching but heartwarming all at the same time. We are so immensely grateful to her for sharing her journey so openly with us!

Wellbeing is paramount for Bex from working out at the gym to connecting with her family and community! We also talk about living as a community, mouth-taping and being generous in our communities, a powerful kōrero that we are truly blessed to share!

Action Points:

  1. Wildling Books
  2. Mental health services
  3. Mouth Taping information
