What is The Good Day Project?

We want everyone to have the tools to thrive and live well, that’s why we are hosting free monthly ‘online insight’ development sessions all to help you take intentional action in your life!

We have got 12 AMAZING online sessions ready to help us figure out the “how to” of wellbeing together!

Whether it is mindset and mental challenges, diet and movement, connecting to your identity, being creative, or simply goal setting- we have a session for you!

Why is it so important now?

We need to actively and intentionally fill our cup everyday, even when our day is choc-a-block!
Wellbeing is a verb, there is no destination, just a journey of ebbs and flows, with small steps, big leaps, hills, potholes and change.
