What to expect

 

We mahi with you for a year in total.
The first six months some of the things we do is:

  • Create an in-house Waiora team
  • Hold a workshop for your whole team
  • Release a survey
  • Mahi with your Waiora team monthly to develop a Wellbeing Strategy for your team.
  • Then we have bi-monthly accountability check ins in the following six months with a final survey at the end to measure some key metrics and offer recommendations to keep your momentum building.

We develop meaningful reciprocal partnerships where you, your team and your organisation are genuinely part of meaningful change and amplifying positive impacts with us.
We want your team to take responsibility to engage in actions that will support their wellbeing and those around them!
