Understanding what works for you

Erana Severne talking about the importance of knowing what works for you

Summary:

Managing different kaupapa and wearing different hats means you need to know what your strengths are and how to bring them within your different roles, but you also need to know how to be present where you are!

Learning about yourself what your strengths are and where you need to work on only enables you to be a better employee, employer and overall person!

Finding a way to work, that works for you! Erana talks about how she sets up her weeks to ensure that she feels on top and engaged with each of the kaupapa she is a part of, this means day by day details of who gets her time as well as, importantly when she gets time to work from home and in an environment that helps her to get things done, and this means she puts herself in the best position to succeed!
