Tim Jones talking about the ways he prioritises moving his body

Summary:

Keeping his body fuelled and feeling good is something that Tim likes to prioritise!

He highlights that sometimes it can be hard to prioritise taking care of yourself when you have little humans to also care for, but Tim shares that even if it is a walk with the dog that baseline activity is a priority for him, it’s an added bonus when the family can join in too!

Another aspect Tim mentioned is the power of mediation, specifically breathing! Tim uses the app Insight Timer to assist him with breathing and finding that flow state!
