Summary:

Tonia shares with us two of her simple small changes that she has made within her home to help keep the sustainable train ticking along.

A friend of her’s started the company Good Change, click here to check them out, and she uses their cloths to do her cleaning and the best part is that they are compostable!

She also talks to us about her investment in a compost bin, and how something as small as composting her compostable food is something that is doable for many of us!
