Supporting people through stressful times

Summary:

We all need people and spaces to connect to when we are feeling stressed.

For Heather, it’s about having that home environment that is understanding but also calm during the storm! It’s about having open conversations with your children, partners and your parents, those closest to you to ensure that you are able to de-load.

No matter whether you are in life, it’s important to have people to connect to a mentor, your children, partner, parents, friends, the list goes on but it’s important to find your people!
