Success as a collective, not an individual

Erana talking about how important collective success is

Summary:

There is great strength in being able to enable others on their success journeys!

Erana talks about the responsibility she holds in bringing her family along and enabling them to have success as well because as she talks about success doesn’t mean anything if it is done individually.

Erana shares with us an example of this, in terms of helping her family financially be able to own their own homes, a massive step in their journey and something close to Erana’s heart because she truly believes in moving forward together, and that means all her whanau!
