Small changes for big impact

Environment

Summary:

Doesn’t matter where or how small, just start!

We love this snippet from our interview with Nicola not only did we learn heaps, but she really gives us the motivation to make small sustainable changes!

Nicola talks about gateway behaviours and how these small changes lead to bigger changes! For example, her first step towards being sustainable was changing something as simple as her handsoap…and look at her now!

Nicola encourages people to choose the simplest and smallest change to ensure it feels achievable, and then by doing that, you will find yourself able to do more because of the small wins you have already had!

Another topic we cover with Nicola is food waste, and man did she throw some interesting stats at us, as well as truly helped us to understand the value of the food we have! If we need one thing, Nicola says that just wasting less food is a great place to start!

So, find a small and easy change for you! It might be changing your handsoap, or making left over night a staple in your household!
