Mental health journey.

Two full years in therapy.

Three statements but within them, Bex has undergone a massive journey to be where she is today! Bex talks about the journey she went through to get to where she is now!

A journey that was, as Bex describes, horrific! She went through therapy and learnt things like mindfulness, which back when she started her healing journey was something nobody knew about, all to be the person and author she is now!

When Bex asked her therapist ‘why don’t we learn this stuff as children?’, she knew from then on she would make it her mission to help bring the conversation of mental health to our children!

Bex now uses her personal experiences to help shine a light on the importance of mental health, a massive topic, but one Bex’s stories help create a meaningful conversation around!
