Summary: 

Hannah talks to us about the importance she places on taking care of her body to help her feel better as a whole! 

Movement to Hannah is super important, she talks to us about her journey towards her goal of completing the Queenstown marathon after already doing the half marathon! Running is a part of her wellness and she enjoys getting out and pushing herself! 

Hannah talks to us about the movement she implements into her routine not always having to be fast-paced, she enjoys walking her dog Coops and getting out and about amongst the fresh air!

Hannah is also really into pilates, and is an instructor herself at a pilates studio in the Mount, which provides an outlet for her mentally! She talks about the feeling of strength and empowerment that comes from taking care and looking after her body which is something that she ensures happens to help her on her wellness journey!
