Living stateless, in a war and with rifles at school

Samar talking about her journey to New Zealand

Summary:

Samar is the youngest of three girls in a family that are super supportive of each other!

Samar talks us through visa issues, being stateless, the impact the Gulf War had on her family, the fight her family made to get their daughters into education, experiences of rifles at school, waiting in lines to get food, and more!

We will let Samar’s journey speak for itself, the magnitude of the things she has endured and overcome is incredible and we are so incredibly grateful to be able to share her journey to help inspire others!
