Summary

Something that only a few people would understand, is the juggle of touring life!

When you’re on tour you have to make sure you have everything you need, because nothing is guaranteed! For example, Vanessa now takes a yoga mat with her, so that if her tour bus is parked somewhere at least she can take the time to move her body! 

She also uses walking and running as key ways to move her body, a bonus of this is that it is a great way to see the cities that they travel to as well! Vanessa knows that touring can be hard, so making the time to get out there move her body and see the environment she is in helps make the experience that much better!
