Governance, leadership skills and meaningful meetings

Simon Perry on leadership and governance

Summary:

Simon has been a leader for many years so it would be wrong not to talk about his experience and learnings in this area!

Simon talks about governance and leading meetings effectively to get the best out of them, including something called a round table! This gives everyone the opportunity to share their ideas and perspectives!

We also talk about making meetings meaningful as well as enjoyable, especially when people are volunteering their time! Using the time together wisely is so important but it is equally as important to ensure that everyone enjoys being there!
