Summary

Once something that she would indulge in as a kid in Fiji has adapted into a life habit, being by, in or on the water in something that helps Ziena feel connected and calm again!

Ziena knows that whenever she feels stress coming on, or just needs to clear her head she can go sit by the beach or a body of water and find it very calming for her.

It also helps her to realise that she is just a small part of a massive world and the problem she might have, that is causing stress, is probably shared by others and that she will get through it!
