Creative practice is vital in the workplace

Jeremy Mayall on creativity in the workplace

Summary:

For the team at Creative Waikato, there is always going to be an element of creativity within their work, but it is also a part of their professional development programme at Creative Waikato, isn’t that awesome?!

They prioritise their staff and them being able to explore what they are passionate about and believe this helps them in the range of other work that they do.

However, we asked Jeremy how he personally prioritises the time to get creative and try new things as part of his wellness, he admitted that it does help to engage with children that enjoy getting creative! Those experiences help both of them get creative and fill their wellness cups up!
