Tegan shares the importance exercise has on her wellbeing! Whether it is simply getting out and about or smashing herself in the gym. 

Something she has recently picked up thanks to her partner is CrossFit! One thing Tegan loves about CrossFit is that there seems to always be a goal to chase, these goals help her feel stronger and more empowered after each session! 

More recently Tegan has also thought about why she is exercising saying that it is not only for her wellbeing but also that she is chasing the feeling exercise brings rather than the image!
