Summary:

Being optimal for your body and lifestyle takes practice and patience. Now as humans we can’t be perfect all the time, and Tara talks about this, however, she also talks us through the changes she has made for her to be her optimal self!

One thing Tara has learnt is that she needs ‘me time’. Whether it be for work or for herself personally, having the time to tick off the things she needs to do is something she makes sure she tries to prioritise!

So 5 am – 9 am is that time, Tara aims to make this time full of things that will fill her bucket to help her  be the best version of herself and also be the best for others as well! This has meant a change in her post-work routine, as sleep is something that Tara is massive on as well!

Tara talks us through a day in her life and includes the changes that she has made to her routine and talks to us about the tools and processes she uses to help her succeed! One of these changes have been a massive mindset shift around moving her body and the perception of what this needs to look like.
