Being generous to prioritise having the time for yourself

Erana Severne talks about how she prioritises her body

Summary:

When we asked Erana how do you prioritise and get the support you need to do things for herself? She admits that it is slightly because they adopt military-style planning and routines in their household, but for them, that’s how they are able to fit it all in!

Erana also talks bout the importance of being generous with yourself and your partner, there is power in speaking up and communicating with each other about how you are feeling and what you need in order to fill your own wellbeing cup!

This a great reminder and message that at the end of the day small moments of generosity and understanding are incredibly important!
